T.W CHAN is a Registered Land Surveyor with more than 20 years of experience in land surveying, land administration and transport design projects in Hong Kong. He has extensive knowledge within the surveying industry such as Cadastral Surveying; Global Positioning System (GPS); all aspects of resumption and clearance land administration works in relation to Railways Projects; Geographical Information Systems (GIS) as well as Hydrographic Surveying. T.W CHAN also has a wide range of transport project experience in traffic impact assessment, roads network and transport corridor investigations, public transport modelling studies.

JUSTIN FU

JUSTIN FU has over 15 years of experience in real estate and capital markets. His real estate experience encompasses urban and rural land assembly, construction management, retail leasing and management, and strategic advisory for Hong Kong and PRC real estate developers. His experience in capital markets comprise of initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate due diligence, audit and debt issuance for Hong Kong and PRC listed corporations.
He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he partook in auditing and listing of several PRC-based real estate developers on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Afterwards, he joined Ernst and Young Transactions in Hong Kong where he advised on mergers and acquisitions, reverse take-overs and carve-outs for both private and listed corporations. Before joining ALMW, he co-founded Blade Capital Limited, a real estate investment and advisory firm focusing on commercial offices, retail and industrial properties in Hong Kong.
